IN-MOULD PRESSURE SENSOR (IMPS)

A pressure monitoring system designed for use with vacuum or pressure composite injection or infusion processes.

Ceramic sensor can be mounted in any position and resin can be cured directly against sensor face. Includes 10 m cable and connector for attachment to either a readout/control unit or a Ciject injection machine.

Control unit with twin LED display. Upper display shows current pressure reading in bar. Lower display is set by the operator in bar. If the set pressure is exceeded, an electro-pneumatic valve is actuated. Valve has N/O (normally open) and N/C (normally closed) ports.

INFUTAC is an infusion adhesive specifically designed to hold reinforcing fibers in place.

INFUTAC is designed to hold fabrics (glass, agamid, carbon or peel ply), pads and similar types of dry materials to themselves or onto mold surfaces during resin infusion, vacuum moulding or RTM. Most importantly, INFUTAC will not interfere with the curing process of vinyl esters, polyesters or epoxy* resins . In fact, the adhesive is designed to ultimately become part of the polymer matrix.

INFUTAC has many advantages, which are illustrated with cinematics :

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 is a globally uniform testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production.

The tests for harmful substances comprise substances which are prohibited or regulated by law, chemicals which are known to be harmful to health, and parameters which are included as a precautionary measure to safeguard health.

A tested textile product is allocated to one of the four Oeko-Tex® product classes based on its intended use. The more intensively a product comes into contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecological requirements it must fulfil.

Manufacturers are entitled to mark successfully tested products or article groups with the Oeko-Tex® label and to advertise in other forms as long as it has been proven within the extensive laboratory tests that all components, including accessories, comply with the specified test criteria without exception. A certificate which is issued applies for one year and can be renewed as often as required.

Our fabrics are certified in France and Germany under the Certification LBA-RS-25-03/93-1 and No. II-A 61, Belgium approved as Class A and B, Algeria, Spain, Great Britain, Iran, Italy, Morocco, the Middle East and African Countries, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Rumania, Russia, Tunisia, the Ukraine, and so on.

Our fabrics are inspected and tested in the presence of a BUREAU VERITAS controller according to a stringent specification. They are delivered with a BUREAU VERITAS certificate and continuously marked with the Bureau Veritas Control Mark + Batch No. (2000, 2000 Ev3, 1500 and 1500 Ev3).
