DIADRAIN: Resin and vacuum channel with a nonwoven lining

Diadrain is a flat resin or void channel consisting of a three-dimensional polyester filament core wrapped in a non-woven sheath.

Diadrain that doesn’t stain. It is available in various sizes:

• Diadrain
• Diadrain HF (High Flow): This version doubles the flow rate
• Diadrain PA80: wrapped in PA80 tear-away fabric
• Diadrain MP: wrapped in PES90 MP microporous tear-away fabric

SPIRAL: Offset resin channels

• Spiral hose only : the most economical way to create a resin or vacuum line.
• Spiralnet: combines a spiral tube with a drainage mesh, which optimises resin distribution and prevents marking on the laminate during the manufacturing process
• Spiral MP: a microporous resin channel consisting of a spiral tube wrapped in a microporous release fabric. Available in a fast version
• Spiralplex: How much does a spiral tube with an Influplex cost? For direct applications on composite materials
• Spiralolf: with an internal drainage mesh. For quick installation when the room layout isn’t a major concern.

Adhesives for vacuum infusion and RTM processes

• Infutac: positioning adhesive. “Drop” spray application
• Megatac: Strong adhesive strength. Allows for the application of heavy fabrics and core materials (foam, balsa, etc.). Wire or web-type spraying.
• Fogtac: “Micro-drop” spray pattern
• Accessories: spray gun, hoses, etc.

All plugs are injection-moulded in France.
