A comprehensive and fully controlled production line

Integrated expertise

Sasystex relies on an integrated production line that ensures control over every stage, from the manufacture of the substrate to the final product. This organisational structure guarantees consistent performance, batch traceability, and compliance with industrial specifications.

The weaving is carried out by Tissages des Mûres on various looms (air-jet, water-jet, or rapier), which enables the production of technical fabrics in both narrow and wide widths with precisely controlled characteristics.

The finishing, coating, dyeing, and treatment processes are carried out by Teinture de St Jean, which has a full range of equipment (jet machines, overflow machines, autoclaves, jiggers, etc.).

Cipodec performs the cutting, using various technologies (ultrasonic, hot cutting, or cold cutting) to ensure precision and repeatability, whether in strips or to specific shapes.

This comprehensive mastery of processes enables the company to develop and produce high-value-added technical textile solutions that meet the highest standards for performance, durability, and industrial reliability.
