In collaboration with its partner MIL’S, DIATEX offers a complete range of vacuum systems specifically designed for infusion, vacuum molding, and RTM processes.

Compact, robust, and modular, DIATEX vacuum systems ensure a reliable, stable, and precise vacuum essential for the quality and repeatability of composite parts.

General Technical Specifications

Number of vacuum stages: 1 or 2, depending on the configuration

– Single level system vacuum plants: a centralised vacuum system that can be scaled to meet specific needs. The system can be configured with one or more pumps depending on production requirements.

– Two levels system vacuum plants : A single pump supplies two separate tanks at different vacuum levels. This system is particularly useful for RTM processes (one maximum vacuum for closing the mold and a regulated vacuum for the interior of the mold)

Pump type: Lubricated vane (EVISA) or dry piston (PS)

– Dry-type piston pumps (PS)

– Lubricated vane pumps: Rotomil’s or Evisa

– Other types available upon request

Tanks: 70 to 500 liters

Versions: desktop or laptop, depending on the model
